Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

All orders are processed within 1–2 days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery times depend on the shipping location and courier partner. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within India: 3–7 days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time based on minimum order value. If free shipping is not applicable, standard shipping charges will apply based on order value and delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email, allowing you to track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information first. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance. In the event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund, as applicable.

If you receive a damaged package, please take clear photos or videos at the time of delivery and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund according to our policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to additional charges. COD orders are dispatched only after successful confirmation via call or SMS.

If international shipping is available, delivery times will vary by destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
